We offer delivery to all around the world, please e-mail or phone for prices for international delivery
We always aim to get your orders despatched as quickly as possible, our cut-off for same day despatch is 1pm Monday-Thursday, we do not ship on Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays. If you place an order after 1pm on a Thursday your order will not be shipped until Monday. You should receive despatch notification within 3 working days but sometimes delivery can take anything up to 10 days depending on stock of items. If there is a major delay with your order we will contact you directly. Please note our ribbon burners and some other made to order items have different shipping times which are shown on the item listing.
We ship through APC, FedEx or Royal Mail*. Delivery costs are calculated at check-out and are dependent on the total weight of your order.
We also offer a free in-store collection service, just select the ‘Collection Only’ option when you reach the checkout and we will contact you when your order is ready for collection.
When placing an order on our website, could you please ensure that you leave a contact number so we can contact you easily regarding your order if we need to.
