Making A Purchase

Making a purchase couldn’t be easier. Just have a look through our online store and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. When you’ve finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept card payments and payments via PayPal online. If you do not wish to pay online, you can carry out your purchase over the phone, fax or by post. We accept telephone orders and pro-forma invoices can be processed upon request to allow for payment by means of bank transfer.

If you have made a mistake on your order and can’t correct it within your cart, give us a call or e-mail and we will correct this for you.

When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling

CARRIAGE is paid on all orders, we only ever offer free delivery when we are running promotions.

We currently can only offer shipping online to Mainland UK addresses, if you are within any of the below post-code ranges please call or e-mail us your order through so we can provide you with a cost for shipping.

COLLECTION Orders can be collected from our trade counter in Walsall – we will e-mail you once your order is ready for collection, please do not arrive into store to collect your order until you have received confirmation from us that your order is ready.

Delivery Schedule

We aim to get your orders to you in 3 working days, delivery could take anything up to 10 days, we ship through FedEx or Royal Mail*, depending on the weight of your complete order.

You must inform us within 10 working days if you haven’t received your order so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. If your order arrives damaged please ensure you sign for the delivery as damaged. Any damages or shortages within your delivery must be notified within 48 hours of delivery. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order them for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges

20% VAT is added to all our online orders, if you wish to place an order from outside of the UK please call or e-mail your order through to us and we will verify whether you fall inside of VAT exempt transactions.

Returns Policy

You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 30 working days for a refund. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.

Any goods returned should be in saleable condition.

These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.

None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.

FAULTY GOODS should be returned by the buyer to Birmingham Burner (Walsall) Ltd, at the buyers own expense, within 7 days of delivery. Such goods will not form the basis of any claim for work done or for any loss, damage or expense whatsoever arising directly or indirectly from such a claim. Goods must be accepted and confirmed by Birmingham Burner (Walsall) Ltd as defective. Birmingham Burner Ltd reserves the option to repair goods, or to replace them with goods similar to those ordered. Where goods have a manufacturing fault the item must be labelled detailing the nature of the fault. This information is required by the manufacturers in order to credit Birmingham Burner Ltd. In some instances there may be a time delay in raising the credit, as the product may need to be checked by the manufacturers technical department, this is the case with our part code 1023 & 1026 control boxes.
